We understand the grave environmental impact the fashion industry has on the global scale. We also understand the social and historical aspects that play a key element in the practice of producing garments ethically. Therefore our entire process from design to production is done by adhering to a structure that is as sustainable as possible.

OUR MANUFACTURING:

We have partnered with an established ethical garment manufacturer in India that strictly abides to social and environmental policy.

These include

SOCIAL PRACTICES:

- ZERO tolerance to child labour. The manufacturer maintains a No-Child-Labour policy with every working member being above 18 years old and payed with fair wages.


- Freedom of speech and association. Employees feel empowered to express theirs views and associate freely. By prohibiting forced labour, employee voices are heard and individuality is heard. This commitment has resulted in a 98% employee satisfaction rate.


- No gender discrimination. Our manufacturer upholds a balance of 50% women and men in their workforce whilst also empowering women employees through equal pay and leadership positions.


- Clean and safe work environment. Our manufacturer adheres to strict work safety policies. With certified first-aid staff, regular fire and safety drills, clean drinking water protocols, air quality control and machine safety regulations.


- Health check-ups for workers. Employees are given regular health and medical check-ups to safeguard their  physical and mental well-being through a comprehensive support system.


Girl-Child Education Funding. We are proud to be in partnership with a manufacturer that supports their women workers as they welcome baby girls into their families by funding their daughter’s school intuition and fees. Empowering future generation girls through education.
