RETURNS INFORMATION
AUSTRALIA - WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right! To proceed with a return or exchange:
1. Email us at contact@zedsea.com within 10 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for exchange.
2. We will send you the returns shipping label via email.
3. Please return your order to us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
4. Once we have received and approved the returned items, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL
1. Email us at contact@zedsea.com within 10 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for exchange
2. Kindly ship your items back to us with your expenses within 10 days from the date of delivery to the returns address we have emailed you.
3. Once we have received and approved the returned items, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please note that international customers will pay for returns and exchange shipping expenses.

CONDITIONS
- All returns must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
- Unscented (no perfume or other scents)
- No human, animal or other hair
- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All returns must be sent with original and undamaged Zedséa Label packaging
- Returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods
- Returns only accepted with proof of purchase
IMPORTANT
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the returns shipping process. Any items not thoroughly packed to avoid damage will not be accepted.
- Online store credit notes/vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
We’re sorry that your items weren’t as expected. If you require a different size or style please place a new order and return your unsuitable item(s) via contacting us with the instructions above.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Zedséa accepts refunds and store credit for full priced items purchased online within 10 days of receipt of goods.
SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased during a sale are eligible for store credit only.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS
Each piece is carefully inspected to meet our highest quality standards before it leaves us. In the rare event that your item does not arrive in perfect condition, we invite you to reach out via email at contact@zedsea.com, including your order number and clear images of the issue. Our team is dedicated to resolving any concerns with the utmost care and attention.
Please be aware that items damaged due to regular wear and tear, accidents, improper use following care instructions, or misuse will not be classified as faulty.
